Dans cette perspective, l’implication des parlementaires nationaux dans toutes les décisions concernant la coopération internationale est une priorité, ne serait-ce que pour sortir ces enjeux de l’"en dehors" habituellement confié aux technocrates et les ramener vers le citoyen (lire l’encadré).
