A ce programme il faudrait ajouter d’autres urgences : la Cour pénale internationale, l’émancipation de la femme à l’échelle planétaire, le principe de précaution contre toutes les manipulations génétiques, etc.

There are other pressing matters that should be added to this programme : the establishment of an International Criminal Court, worldwide emancipation of women ; the application of the precautionary principle in all matters to do with genetic engineering, etc.
