Là où l’on pouvait cerner l’ensemble des contributeurs à une production et désigner l’instance locale ou éventuellement nationale qui pouvait équilibrer les intérêts entre eux, nous avons aujourd’hui et de manière irréversible, un travail social internationalisé.
